Overview

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition you received them.
  • Returns must be approved before being sent back.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Custom-made products
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Items damaged from misuse or incorrect assembly

How to Start a Return:

  1. Fill out our Return/Exchange Form or email us at [email protected]
  2. Once approved, we’ll send a return shipping label and instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it using the label provided.

Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

Inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours.

Please include:

  • Photos of the item
  • Condition of the shipping box
  • A clear image of the shipping label

We’ll arrange a fast replacement or refund.

Exchanges:

If you’d like to exchange an item, the quickest way is to:

  1. Request a return.
  2. Place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If your item was damaged or defective, we’ll cover all return costs and issue a full refund or replacement.

Refund processing time may vary based on your bank or card provider.
