Overview
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused and in the same condition you received them.
- Returns must be approved before being sent back.
Non-returnable items include:
- Custom-made products
- Clearance or final sale items
- Items damaged from misuse or incorrect assembly
How to Start a Return:
- Fill out our Return/Exchange Form or email us at [email protected]
- Once approved, we’ll send a return shipping label and instructions.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it using the label provided.
Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
Inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours.
Please include:
- Photos of the item
- Condition of the shipping box
- A clear image of the shipping label
We’ll arrange a fast replacement or refund.
Exchanges:
If you’d like to exchange an item, the quickest way is to:
- Request a return.
- Place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If your item was damaged or defective, we’ll cover all return costs and issue a full refund or replacement.
Refund processing time may vary based on your bank or card provider.
